  • Our timely monthly statements provide you with a full, itemized record of all transactions with original bills attached.  We keep copies for our records
  • Our end-of-year statements and 1099 forms simplify the job of tax preparation for you and your accountant

Property Inspections and Maintenance

  • We carry out digital photography and video inspections
  • We do periodic inspections to ensure residents are keeping the property in good order
  • Additional, owner requested inspections are performed for a minimal fee
  • We keep records, checklists, and photos of all inspections

Rental Guarantee

  • We guarantee that if we place a tenant in your property and they break the lease for any reason within the first 6 months, we will pro-rate and credit back the lease fee on re-rental (advertising cost excluded)
  • Thus you will not pay twice for the property to be re-rented
