Mark Pagdin   President/Broker

Mark is the lead Broker at Warner Quinlan, Inc. He has a wealth of experience in the world of real estate and in particular investment properties. He is a trained accountant and spent 16 years in private practice so is keen to make sure Owners’ assets are looked after and yielding good returns. Mark was one of the very first people in Florida to receive the prestigious PRM (Professional Residential Manager) designation. This sets Warner Quinlan Inc. apart and was awarded as recognition of our commitment to continuing education in our field and professional ethics. Nicole Silver   Property Manager/Realtor

Nicole has worked in Real Estate & Property Management for both a national brokerage and the smaller boutique offices of Winter Park, and is used to the needs of demanding clients. Nicole is very driven and she ensures that properties are rented quickly and excellent standards are maintained. At Warner Quinlan she is the designated Property Manager for the Condo Associations and also holds the prestigious PRM (Professional Residential Manager) designation.

Meagan McGratty Hackley    Property Manager/Realtor

Meagan is responsible for the Warner Quinlan properties to the south of the Greater Orlando area and in particular specializes in the Disney/Four Corners area. She has built a reputation in this area for her knowledge and exacting standards and frequently receives referrals following a job well done.

Kathy Pasha   Property Manager/Realtor

Kathy brings to the Warner Quinlan team, a blend of experience, effective communication and attention to detail which provides consistent quality service. Kathy’s enthusiasm, organizational skills and desire for the job to be done right, ensures both Owners and Residents have satisfactory resolution to matters.

Kathy’s approachable and communicative style is popular with clients and vendors alike.

Ronda Rivera   Assistant Property Manager

Ronda joined Warner Quinlan from a large real estate agent chain and so has experience of many different kinds of properties and indeed the background work behind managing them. She provides the day to day liaison with the Property Managers at times when the Managers are out at properties. Ronda also assists with inspections, property visits and marketing of our units.

Joy Basham   Leasing Manager

Joy has a wealth of experience of back office Property Management. She is responsible for the lease renewals, advertising campaigns and processing of applications. Tenants should liaise with Joy regarding the status of applications and information regarding properties available which are of interest.

Pam Edgar   Finance Manager

Pam has a long history at Warner Quinlan and oversees the day the day to day fincancial functions of the office, for both Owners and Tenants. Pam is very particular about detail and prides herself on keeping financial matters all up date and in minute detail. Pam is the main point of contact for queries of a financial nature.

Megan Schutz   Administrative Assistant

Megan is service oriented and keen to handle clients inquiries effectively and efficiently. Most initial inquiries are handled by Megan and most general questions can be directed thru her.

Megan is also a keen photographer and works in developing the marketing packages we use to promote the units we manage.
