President / Broker
Mark has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate and investment property world. He started managing his own investment portfolio more than 20 years ago, giving him a thorough perspective as both an owner and a property manager. Mark previously spent 16 years as an accountant in private practice, and is keen on ensuring Owners’ assets are looked after and yielding good financial returns. Known for his straight forward sound advice and “no nonsense” style, Mark is regularly asked for advice and opinions by investors prior to them making property purchases and acquisitions. Mark was one of the first people in Florida to receive the prestigious PRM (Professional Residential Manager) designation.
Marketing Manager & Business Development Specialist
Graham liaises with our international clients, whom are often based in the UK and Europe. He has many years of experience in the property management field both in the USA and Europe dating back to the 1980’s . Graham has assisted many Owner transitions from short term to long term rentals in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Graham’s unique experience is an asset for assisting absentee clients with education and understanding of running investment properties here in Florida. Thorough follow up and a high degree of detail are but a few of Graham’s highly sought after assets by clients from across the globe. Graham runs our South Orlando office, located in Hunters Creek, which oversees the locations in South West Orlando. These locations include Kissimmee, Celebration, Hunters Creek, Windermere, Davenport and Clermont to name a few.
Jose has extensive experience in Central Florida property management and is responsible for being the initial point of contact for new owners and investors looking to become a client of our firm. Jose has a proven track record and vast knowledge which is invaluable to owners when making decisions regarding who manages their property and which properties to buy. Outside of work Jose is an avid cyclist and enjoys his time relaxing and learning more about real estate trends.
Kathy brings a blend of experience, effective communication, and attention to detail to the Warner Quinlan team. Kathy’s enthusiasm, organizational skills, and desire for the job to be done right ensures both Owners and Residents have satisfactory resolution to matters. Kathy’s thorough and factual style is popular with clients and vendors alike. Kathy is also active with the Orlando Regional Realtor Association in a leadership role.
Local resident Kelly joined our team from a large franchise property management company and so has previous experience of residential property management, particularly that of bank assets and distressed properties. Kelly also is very keen and active in the sales/purchase market and is always on the lookout for rental properties for acquisition to grow her clients’ portfolios.
Sandy has quite literally over a decade of experience in property management, leasing and real estate in the Central Florida area. Having worked her way thru the ranks in property management, Sandy moved to the WQI team for a change of scenery and a fresh impetus to implement her experience gained in the growth centric environment of our team. She brings much experience and professionalism which directly benefits investors, property owners and tenants alike. Sandy enjoys her spare time with her 2 daughters and 2 young grandkids.
Business Development & Property Manager
Kevin has an easy going, yet professional manner and this serves him well in dealing with clients and rentors alike. Outside of the office Kevin enjoy spending time with his family and watching football
Leasing Oversight & Client Management
Pam is Warner Quinlan’s longest serving employee and oversees the day to day financial functions of the office. With 30+ years financial management experience, Pam is very detail oriented, and excels on keeping financial matters all up-to-date and in minute detail. Pam is the main point of contact for queries of a financial nature relating to the company itself and of a corporate finance nature.
Originally starting as a property inspector, Colin grew into his role as Marketing Supervisor at Warner Quinlan. With his passion for marketing and the customer buying experience, he makes sure that our client's properties are optimized for maximum exposure and receive the best tenants. When not at work Colin enjoys riding his motorcycle and playing with his cat Ripley.
Marketing Assistant / Inspector
Ashley joins our team with a mix of 8 years of photography experience and a marketing background. If she’s not out shooting one of our properties for marketing purposes or executing inspections, you can find her brainstorming with our marketing department. With her experience this allows her to provide fast, efficient, and beautiful photos for our clients and property managers. When she’s not shooting one of our properties you can catch her at the gym reaching a new goal or helping others reach their fitness goals.
