Kathy and Warner Quinlan were introduced to me with a reputation for good solid service and reliability. Despite such a powerful introduction, my expectations have still been surpassed. In addition to getting my property tenanted in a short space of time Kathy and WQ have greatly reduced the administrative burden involved when owning an investment property.
